I often question what direction to take with my art. I'm not sure how many of you follow my "main" account, pawcanada (https://www.deviantart.com/pawcanada) but more often than not I've mentioned my intention to focus on "artistic nudity" but never seem to have the balls to do so. Part of it is due to how "open" I am with the account; I'll often give links to friends and colleagues as examples of my art. Do I feel "shame" for wanting to draw nudity? Maybe a little. I've often acted based off what others thing of me; a foolish thing to do granted, and something I don't do as much these days but still. Would my colleagues think I am a weirdo for wanting to do so? I removed it because some wonderful friends all said words that pretty much woke me up. The last journal was, to be quite frank, a mistake. I didn't really go into much detail because I didn't want some of my more personal things to be revealed on a public website, but sufficed to say I gave the wrong impression to people and in hindsight realised what I wrote is absolute garbage. I'm still in a block, but the words said by a number of people, particuarly ~Rtalon235 (https://www.deviantart.com/rtalon235), :icontaintedheadset: and :icont3h3r3ee: were a reminder and a slap.
